After nearly three years of extensive renovations to make the one-time outbuilding a warm and habitable place for diners, Rose Hill's "Stable Restaurant and Bar" opened to rave reviews in the fall of 2009. Outdoor dining ammenities include a patio, pavillion and beer garden where guests can enjoy special events and overflow during the warmer summer months.

The restaurant features a menu of regional American cuisine, freshly prepared with premium ingredients featuring seafood, steaks, and pork dishes. A separate grill menu and a German menu is available for casual dining in the bar, screened porch, outdoor open pavilion and beer garden.
